<p>Astazi va propun o reteta care nu este spectaculoasa, inedita sau o inventie culinara&#8230; Ci este o idee pentru zilele in care veniti obosite acasa sau nu aveti timp/chef sa stati langa aragaz si sa &#8220;<em>invartiti</em>&#8221; la cratita. Se face relativ repede, dar cel mai important: se face singura, fara interventii &#8220;<em>majore</em>&#8220;. Sa incepem&#8230;</p>
<p><span id="more-883"></span>Aveti nevoie de:</p>
<p>- carne de pui, preferabil pulpe (eu am folosit ciocanele);</p>
<p>- legume (conopida, morcovi, porumb). Mai puteti pune si altele sau sa le schimbati pe cele alese de mine cu cele preferate de voi;</p>
<p>- usturoi taiat feliute ceva mai groase;</p>
<p>- sare, boia dulce, piper, cimbru;</p>
<p>- punga (eu am folosit una de la Knorr, ceea ce va si recomand).</p>
<p>In prima faza, se iau ciocanelele si se condimenteaza (eu nu folosesc condimentele care insotesc punguta, ci imi fac eu unele dupa gustul meu). Se pun in punga fara adaos de ulei. Legumele se pun deasupra, asta dupa ce le-ati taiat. Se leaga punga cu sistemul acela special si se inteapa cu o scobitoare. Intepaturile (cam 5-6) se fac in apropierea zonei in care se leaga punga. Ideea e ca in timpul in care sta la cuptor, carnea lasa zeama si nu trebuie sa o pierdeti pentru ca o puteti combinata apoi cu putin bulion, realizand astfel un sos delicios. <img src='http://katja.ro/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

<p>Se pune punga intr-un vas si se lasa la cuptor pentru 40-50 min, la 180 de grade. Nu este obligatoriu, dar puteti interveni dupa primele 30 minute pentru a misca putin punga, astfel incat toate legumele sa absoarba sosul care se formeaza.</p>

<p style="text-align: left">La final, veti avea o carne frageda si niste legume delicioase. Si, puteti spune ca s-a facut singura!</p>

Asa am aflat ca le pot cumpara si in Bucuresti. M-am mobilizat si am trecut la treaba, cumparand o punguta cu delicioasele legume.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">Intr-o seara mi-am adunat toate ingredientele necesare si am facut un preparat a carui reteta am invatat-o de la Zilan, prietena mea chinezoaica. Daca va place mancarea chinezeasca, va recomand acum o reteta extrem de simplu de facut si foarte delicioasa si usoara. A, sa nu uit, mancarea chinezeasca autentica este total diferita fata de cea servita pe la noi prin restaurante. Nu este asa de uleioasa sau condimentata&#8230; Ce mai, exact pe gustul meu!</div>

<p>Urechile de lemn (Auricularia auricula-judae) sunt foarte populare in Asia. Ele pot fi mancate crude (mie imi plac si asa), oparite sau gatite. Am inteles, ce-i drept inca n-am incercat, ca daca pui urechi de lemn in supa, aceasta devine foarte apetisanta. Le mai poti presara prin salate, preparate gen tocanite sau sa le amesteci prin omleta. Sunt o sursa bogata de potasiu si magneziu. Cam asa arata:</p>

<div style="text-align: justify;">Ciupercutele sunt uscate si foarte tari, asa ca necesita un &#8220;ritual&#8221; de inmuiere. La recomandarea lui Zilan, am pus un pumn de urechi de lemn intr-o oala cu apara rece, pret de o ora si ceva. Si pentru ca urechile de lemn absorb lichidul in care sunt gatite si iau gustul celorlalte ingrediente, am pus in apa respectiva si condimente (gen vegeta).</div>
